Plumbing and HVAC Project Manager Position for Commercial/Industrial Contractor. Position is full time
Duties include:
Attending pre-bid meetings
Reviewing projects with Estimators
Overall coordination and management of projects including direct contact with project foreman
Coordination with owners and construction managers
Review and management of construction schedules
Assisting with preparation of change orders and RFIs
Minimum 3 years experience with commercial and industrial projects required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
