Our Assistant Manager assists in the overall management of the unit and providing a strong management presence in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Our Assistant Managers provide leadership and coaching to the employees generating an atmosphere where people strive to exceed the expectations of the customer. Leading by example, motivating crew members, taking initiative, delivering outstanding customer service and holding others and self-accountable are a must for this position.
