Customer Support Team Member | Cresyn Consulting Inc.
Cresyn Consulting Inc. is looking for a motivated Customer Support Team Member to join our growing team in Los Angeles. In this Customer Support Team Member role, you will be a focal point of support in our wireless campaign by helping customers understand available service options, complete enrollments, and provide customer support in face-to-face settings.
Working directly with customers, as a Customer Support Team Member, you will answer questions, explain eligibility requirements, and guide customers through the entire enrollment process while maintaining professionalism. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and is comfortable in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities of a Customer Support Team Member:
- Engage with customers face to face to provide support for wireless service options
- As a Customer Support Team Member, confidently educate customers program details, eligibility requirements, and available service plans
- Guide customers with enrollment, account setup, and basic service questions
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities throughout the enrollment process and engagements
- Work with the Customer Support Team Member team to meet daily goals while maintaining quality customer service
- Represent Cresyn Consulting Inc and the wireless campaign with professionalism
Qualifications of a Customer Support Team Member:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, outreach, or enrollment support is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face setting
- Ability to stay organized while assisting multiple customers throughout the day
- Reliable, coachable, and willing to learn campaign details and enrollment processes
