The Assistant Field Supervisor supports the Field Supervisor and Project Management team in overseeing day-to-day reconstruction activities for an HOA-managed residential multi-family property in Pacific Palisades. This role assists in daily monitoring of work progress, maintaining site safety and security, and working with the Field Superintendent to ensure that the work is completed in accordance with approved plans, schedules, and HOA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Field Supervisor with daily on-site reconstruction operations
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Support the enforcement of jobsite safety policies and OSHA standards
- Perform daily site walks and document progress with photos and reports
- Verify units and common areas are secured (doors locked, lights off, materials stored properly)
- Assist with inspections, punch lists, and corrective work
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Attend regular meetings with the project manager to discuss field issues or concerns
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in construction, reconstruction, or field operations
- Experience in HOA, multi-family, or occupied residential environments preferred
- Basic understanding of reconstruction practices and sequencing
- Ability to read plans and follow specifications (training provided as needed)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Pacific Palisades

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
