Duties
- Provide professional hair styling, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client’s needs
- Perform specialized treatments such as, hair threading.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas according to industry regulations.
- Offer retail product recommendations and upsell services such as nail care or retail math-based promotions to boost revenue.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with proven experience in hair styling and color theory
- Proficiency in advanced techniques such as hair extensions.
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients
- Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a clean work environment at all times
- Experience with store management or front desk operations is a plus but not required
