DGE Investments is and owner managed property management company looking for an energetic, dependable individual that is excited for a new opportunity. We are looking for a new leasing agent to help run a 135 unit apartment community.
The position: Leasing Agents are responsible for the leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the model apartments are ready for show and maintaining work areas, common areas and office in a clean and orderly manner
- Complete lease form or agreement and collect rental deposit
- Market the property effectively by answering questions, conducting tours, and promoting community amenities
- Have a thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies
- Maintain all resident and property files
- Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
- Post on Social Media
- Create social media marketing aligned with area trends
Qualifications:
- Property leasing, sales and/or customer experience
- Ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Excellent follow up skills via email and phone
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel
- Valid Driver’s License
Work Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30 - 5:30, with one day being off half a day, then Saturdays are required 10 AM - 2 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
