1–4 years of litigation experience, with exposure to labor and employment matters, and a strong interest in representing public and private sector employers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle labor and employment litigation in both state and federal courts.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses.
- Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Advise clients on employment law issues, including workplace policies, disciplinary actions, investigations, discrimination, wage and hour compliance, and leave laws.
- Collaborate with partners and attorneys to develop case strategies and provide exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Florida, or awaiting Florida Bar admission.
- Law school graduate between 2020 and 2023.
- 1–4 years of experience, preferably with exposure to labor and employment law.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
