We're looking for a dependable, compassionate Medical Receptionist (Patient Care Coordinator) to join our team. This role is much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments—it's about creating an outstanding experience for every patient who entrusts us with their care.

What You'll Do
As one of our Patient Care Coordinators, you'll help keep our practice running smoothly by:
- Greeting patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
- Answering and returning phone calls
- Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying demographic and insurance information
- Collecting copays and patient balances
- Communicating effectively with patients, providers, and clinical staff
- Helping maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Providing exceptional customer service while balancing multiple priorities
Every interaction matters. You'll be the first voice patients hear and one of the last people they see before leaving our office.

Compensation
