As our Greeter, you'll be the warm, welcoming face that sets the tone for every visit, while also playing a key role in keeping our store safe, compliant, and running smoothly. What You'll Do
Create a Great First Impression
- Greet every customer with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, making them feel welcome from the moment they walk in
- Answer quick questions about pre-orders, payment options (including our in-store ATM), and daily updates
Keep Things Safe & Compliant
- Scan and verify every customer's ID to confirm they meet age requirements, matching photo ID to the person presenting it
- Sign vendors in and out, issuing visitor badges and tracking arrivals/departures
- Monitor camera feeds to guide customers to the correct exit, prevent loitering, and ensure products aren't consumed on or near the premises
Guide the Experience
- Direct customers to our in-store kiosks to browse the menu or place an order directly with staff
- Stay connected with the team by radio for updates on pre-orders, vendor arrivals, and deliveries
Keep Our Space Looking Its Best
- Keep the entrance area clean, swept, and mopped throughout the day
- Complete a daily walk of the surrounding block (Beach St to Atlantic Ave) to pick up trash and keep the neighborhood tidy
- Log exterior cleaning tasks daily
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, people-first attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfort with responsibility — ID verification and security awareness are core to this role
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for a the entire shift
- Must be 21+ (cannabis industry requirement)
- Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person!
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
