Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address client-specific concerns
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies based on physiology knowledge and medical history
- Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and pain management strategies for ongoing wellness
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient responses, and progress notes using medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Ensure a safe, hygienic environment by adhering to health regulations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and creating a relaxing atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Skills
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and understanding of physiology and anatomy
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy and pain management modalities
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to therapeutic massage and healthcare settings
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with worker’s compensation , personal injury and occupational health principles to support workplace wellness programs
- Prior chiropractic office or med spa experience is highly desirable, demonstrating comfort working in a wellness-focused environment

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
