Troost Service Company is seeking a Lead HVAC Installation Technician and Project Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Ability to plan and implement various projects
- Direct and lead team members
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ensure deadlines and cost end points are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Experience working with Boilers, RTU's, Controls and various commercial/industrial HVAC systems
- Ability to interpret a blueprint
- Strong communication skills
- EPA certification is advantageous
- Ability to maintain and inventory a company vehicle
- Driver's license with good driving record
