Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and fellow staff
- Maintain classroom organization and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic growth through engaging teaching methods
Our Ideal Candidate
- Organized, creative, patient, and passionate about working with children
- At least 18 years old
- Previous childcare or daycare experience strongly preferred
- Advanced education in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and TB test
- CPR and First Aid certification required (or willing to obtain)
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Class E driver’s license for driving responsibilities
