About the Role:
This is not your typical caregiving position. As our On-Call Runner Caregiver, you are the trusted professional we rely on to respond quickly when coverage is needed or when clients require urgent assistance. Your responsiveness, flexibility, and commitment will directly impact the comfort, safety, and well-being of those we serve.
What You’ll Do:
- Step in to cover shifts when scheduled caregivers are unavailable
- Respond promptly to urgent client needs and provide immediate care
- Travel to client locations on short notice to ensure continuity of service
- Answer incoming calls and coordinate care based on client requests
- Assist with daily living activities.
- Provide Personal Care and emotional support to clients
- Communicate clearly with team members and document care provided
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced caregiver with a genuine passion for helping others
- Highly reliable, flexible, and responsive—even on short notice
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and compassionate in urgent situations
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
