Looking for evening grill cook: four days per week (T/W/Fri/Sat).

A Day in the Life of a Line Cook
As a line cook you will focus on the production of various ingredients and recipes necessary to produce menu items for each shift. You will take pride in your ability to prepare dishes according to our standards in regard to taste and appearance. Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers. Work efficiently under the direction of your culinary supervisor to ensure the timely execution of each guest order prepared in your station. Help maintain a clean and safe work environment for all fellow kitchen staff. You will assist checking in and storing raw and cooked food products as necessary. Finally, you will assist in the training of any new kitchen personnel as necessary to help foster a professional team environment.
