How can you contribute to what we do?
- Lead the execution of national and center-level paid media campaigns in partnership with the Media Director and agency teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, seasonal priorities, and traffic-driving initiatives.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the media agency, overseeing media flowcharts, timelines, and campaign briefs to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Align tactical media plans with creative needs and campaign objectives, transforming strategy into actionable plans, marketing calendars, and targeting briefs.
- Manage the traffic process, including creative asset submission, routing, approvals, and deployment, maintaining asset matrices and traffic calendars.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and agency partners to ensure timely, accurate, and platform-compliant asset delivery across all media channels.
- Oversee paid media financial operations, including budget tracking, pacing, reforecasting, accruals, and reconciliation across national and local campaigns.
- Manage vendor invoicing and payments with Finance and Accounting teams, resolving discrepancies and identifying opportunities to optimize media spend.
- Develop and analyze weekly and monthly media performance reports, translating metrics into actionable insights that drive strategy, creative direction, and media mix decisions.
- Support testing and optimization efforts by applying data insights and participating in post-campaign recaps with agency and internal stakeholders.
- Streamline internal timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional handoffs to improve operational efficiency.
- Educate center teams and internal stakeholders on media planning best practices and support the refinement of tools, workflows, and processes to scale campaign execution.
About You:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- You bring 5–7 years of experience in advertising, media planning, or campaign operations.
- You have proven expertise in media trafficking, budget management, and reporting.
- You’ve worked in media buying, either on the client or agency side.
- You have experience supporting multi-location or franchise models.
- You’re proficient with analytics and reporting tools like Looker Studio, Google Analytics, or Power BI.
- You’re familiar with accounting and invoice systems such as Nexus.
- You’re able to travel up to 10% via commercial airlines.

Hiring Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Tanger's total compensation package for employees.
Hiring Range: $60,000- $100,000 per year
