Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values consistency and craft, and genuinely enjoys creating positive guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and seasonal drinks to company standards
- Dial in espresso and maintain coffee quality throughout service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate positively with team members to support daily operations
- Restock supplies and care for equipment as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of specialty coffee experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of espresso extraction and milk texturing
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Open and flexible availability, including mornings and weekends
Schedule
- Day and morning shifts available
- Weekend availability required
- Consistent scheduling with flexibility based on business needs
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Hourly rate at $16.00 per hour
