Position Overview
Aston Leather is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our boutique in the heart of beautiful New Hope, Pennsylvania.
Our ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, appreciates quality craftsmanship, and takes pride in creating a welcoming shopping experience for every customer.
No previous leather experience is required, we will provide training on Aston Leather's history, product collections, craftsmanship, and the unique features that make our products exceptional.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Build relationships by understanding each customer's needs and recommending products that best fit their lifestyle
- Educate customers on Aston Leather's handcrafted collections, premium materials, and product features
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations
- Process customer purchases accurately and professionally
- Represent the Aston Leather brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
Qualifications
- Friendly, welcoming, and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable engaging with customers in a luxury retail environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual
- Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required
