We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry & Invoicing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and be comfortable working with multiple software platforms to accurately process invoices, maintain records, and support daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer and vendor information accurately into company software.
- Create, review, and process invoices using QuickBooks.
- Verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
- Update spreadsheets and databases with accurate information.
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
- Communicate professionally with customers and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Perform general administrative and data entry duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous data entry and administrative experience preferred.
- Experience using QuickBooks is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
