We are looking for a full time cook with at least some Italian restaurant experience-especially on pizza station. Il Forno is fast-paced and high pressure, small kitchen, limited menu, currently number 23 in the top 50 pizzas in the United States. Responsibilities include:
- balling and stretching dough
- assembling pizzas to order
- working with a wood fired oven (not gas assisted, we do it the old fashion way)
- deep cleaning tasks
- prepping for the menu
- maintaining a station
- good communication skills
- multitasking
