American Gonzo Restaurants operates 20+ locations across Southern California, including Superba, American Beauty, The Win~Dow, and Pitfire Pizza. Each concept is chef-driven, community-focused, and led by passionate hospitality professionals.
American Beauty is a steakhouse with a menu that features beef, seafood, and seasonal market vegetables. Our horseshoe bar serves a range of local and small production spirits, craft cocktails, beers, and a wine list with over 200 selections.
We are looking for a Bartender to join our team! The ideal candidate would be positive minded, savvy, and genuinely hospitable.

Qualifications:

Great hospitality a must, at least 2 full years as a bartender in a craft bar environment

Basic knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, beverage service and technique
