Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freezer, Cooler, Produce & Dry Grocery Order Picker for our mid-shift operations. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, picking and preparing grocery items stored in temperature-controlled areas. If you enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to hear from you! Starting at 1:00 pm, work until all areas are fully picked, Sunday-Thursday, Cooler and or Freezer areas are a must, Excellent attendance!
Duties
- Accurately pick grocery items from the freezer and cooler areas based on customer orders.
- Ensure all items are handled properly to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Organize and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the freezer and cooler spaces, adhering to health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Provide support in other areas of the warehouse as needed, demonstrating flexibility in your role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or grocery environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods while maintaining focus on tasks.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Capability to lift heavy items safely and efficiently as part of the order-picking process.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.
