Our Physical Therapist Assistant Will:

Work closely with patients, families, and physicians to provide a personalized care experience by assessing individual’s abilities and needs.
- Seek out and learn new principles and methodologies of care to incorporate in clinical practices.

Maintain records and ensure care provided enhances the lives of our patients and meets state and federal guidelines.

Build positive relationships throughout the home health team and community.
Our Physical Therapist Assistant Has:
-
An Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).

An active Physical Therapist Assistant license in both Nebraska and Iowa.

A current CPR certification.
-
An active driver's license, acceptable driving record, and access to reliable transportation.
