OVERVIEW
Job Center is seeking a dedicated Bilingual On-Site Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and team members at warehouse facility. Located in Fairfield area. $20-22 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, attendance, and maintaining a safe working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle various tasks related to warehouse job duties, shipping and receiving, picking/packing, and materials handling.
SCHEDULE: 2nd shift Monday-Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES ON-SITE WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
- Supervise daily operations within the temp labor employees to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Work on warehouse floor to interact with employees and client supervisors and leadership team.
- Coordinate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and productivity.
- Complete attendance duties daily by filling out attendance report and following up on "no shows".
- Check in new associates on 1st day of starts.
REQUIRED SKILLS OF ON-SITE WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:
- Proven experience in warehouse leadership or related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Experience in materials handling, ensuring proper storage and organization of products.
- Proficient in using e-commerce systems for order processing is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Detail Oriented and ability to resolve conflicts is necessary.
