We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Panel Shop Technician. Qualified candidates will be assembling and wiring industrial control panels from blueprints and schematics.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Assemble control panels from layout to completion

Wire devices according to blueprints
-
Maintain organized and clean workspace
-
Assist in installation and start-ups on clients’ job sites
-
Follow health and safety procedures.

Support management by assisting in other areas as requested.
Job Requirements:
-
Seeking candidates with a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
-
Able to work from blueprints and schematics
-
Able to perform point to point wiring of control panels
-
Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented
-
AutoCad drafting skills are a plus
-
Must have minimum two years of control panel fabrication or similar experience
Other Requirements:
-
Must possess a valid UT Driver’s License and pass a background security check.

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50.
