As a Behavior Tech or Registered Behavior Tech, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in 1:1 and group settings. Whether you’re new to the field or have experience, this is an incredible opportunity to grow your skills, work alongside a supportive team, and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families.
In this role, you’ll:

Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children with autism in various settings, including schools, daycares, and our clinic.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Track progress and collect data to ensure therapy is effective and goals are being met.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to support each child’s development.
- Uphold IBHS guidelines and maintain a professional, compassionate approach to care.
