Automotive Service Advisor – Full Time Robert Woodall Auto Mall | Danville, VA
We’re looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you have previous automotive experience or training, basic computer knowledge, strong communication skills, and enjoy helping people, this role is for you.
Pay: $16–$25/hr + commission growth Schedule: 42.5 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 7 AM–6 PM (floating) Benefits: 401(k) + match, health, dental, vision, PTO
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers & assess service needs
- Prepare repair orders & estimates
- Communicate with technicians & customers
- Manage schedules, updates, and billing
