About Us
Magic Tree Bus is a rapidly growing lifestyle and delivery brand focused on premium products, branding, content creation, customer experience, and community presence.
We are expanding in Fresno and looking for a highly motivated in-house marketing coordinator to help manage day-to-day marketing operations, social media coordination, promotions, and brand growth.
This is not just a posting job we want someone creative, organized, hungry to grow, and capable of helping build a major brand presence in Fresno.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily marketing operations
- Coordinate social media content and posting schedules
- Help organize photoshoots, influencer campaigns, and promotions
- Work directly with management on local marketing strategies
- Manage outreach to influencers and local businesses
- Help create flyers, promo ideas, and campaign concepts
- Assist with Instagram/TikTok growth initiatives
- Coordinate community and event marketing efforts
- Track campaign performance and engagement
Qualifications
- Must be local to Fresno, CA
- Experience in marketing, social media, or branding preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current trends
- Organized and dependable
- Creative mindset with good communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Graphic design/content creation skills are a plus
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus

Compensation
- Hourly pay based on experience
- Bonus opportunities based on performance

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fresno, CA
