About Us
We're a family-owned exterior remodeling company serving Central Indiana. We handle roofing, siding, gutters, and general exterior repairs for homeowners — and we're growing! We're looking for an outgoing, reliable person to join our team as a door-to-door canvasser, generating leads and setting inspection appointments for our team to close.
What You'll Do
- Canvass storm-affected areas and residential neighborhoods
- Represent our company at local events, home shows and community fairs to generate leads
- Start friendly, low-pressure conversations with homeowners about their needs
- Set qualified inspection appointments
- Log every interaction and appointment accurately using our CRM (training provided)
- Represent our company with professionalism and honesty — no high-pressure tactics
Pay
- $18/hour base pay
- No cap on bonuses — the more you set, the more you earn
Hours
- Part-time to full-time, approximately 20-25 hours/week
- Primarily late afternoon/early evening on weekdays, plus Saturdays
- Flexible scheduling within that window
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, comfortable starting conversations
- Positive attitude and resilience
- No experience required — we provide full training
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
