We are looking for a HIGHLY EXPERIENCED and WELL TRAINED Maintenance technician to, handle all aspects of cleaning, general maintenance and repair of a group of office properties in the Long Beach/Orange County area.. The technician must have a strong knowledge of ELECTRICAL repairs and installations, HVAC experience, minor plumbing and good experience with drywall and ,carpentry, Tenant Improvements, painting, and all other repairs related to maintaining our buildings in excellent condition. He must have experience and the ability to make sure jobs get done properly the first time. He must be fluent in English, and be “hands on” for every job. The technician must be highly organized , self. motivated and efficient in their work product and work well with others.. The hours are generally 7:00-4:00 daily, but schedule may vary a bit. you need to have a meticulous attention to detail and understand that “done is done.” If you are this highly motivate and experienced person, please apply now.
