Position Overview
We are seeking motivated individuals for roofing sales positions — previous roofing experience is not required. What matters most is a solid work ethic, good judgment, and a strong ambition to excel. This is a self-driven sales role: you'll be expected to generate your own business through door-to-door prospecting and networking. Top performers who consistently put in the work also earn access to leads generated through our preferred status with insurance carriers. Our centralized estimating team and internal customer experience team handle the back-end details, so you can stay focused on closing deals and growing your book of business. We provide comprehensive training and a clear path to advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform door-to-door lead generation and build your own client pipeline
- Communicate with homeowners and potential clients
- Prepare and present roofing estimates, proposals, and upgrades
- Clearly explain roofing services and value-added offerings
- Negotiate contracts
- Travel to meet clients
- Climb and inspect residential roofs
- Work on a 100% commission pay structure
Job Requirements
● Valid driver’s license
● Must have a vehicle (truck or similar) that can haul ladders and other equipment
required to perform job duties
● Ability to lift 70 pounds
● Ability to lift, carry, and set up ladders up to 32’ in length
● Ability to climb roofs up to a 10/12 slope (with proper safety harnesses/equipment)
and up to 3-story residential height
● Ability to access attics and other confined spaces
● Ability to work safely and with agility at construction job sites
● Must be able to pass a background check
