Full-Time position is available for a friendly, outgoing CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to work in a fast-paced office and be flexible with their schedule. Customer Service Rep will provide customer service and order management to customers and sales representatives. This person will be the main source of contact and support for international customers and sales representatives.
Responsibilities
· Answer customer phone calls.
· Assist customers with online orders and answer all customer questions.
· Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have a pleasant consumer experience.
· Miscellaneous administrative tasks.
