We are actively seeking a Warehouse Associate (emphasis on assisting with Amazon Seller Central product packaging and fulfillment) to join our team.
We are looking for a dependable and enthusiastic individual to become part of our expanding workforce.
This position involves a wide range of responsibilities centered around the packaging and shipping of our growing line of branded products sold on Amazon. You will play an essential role in assembling, packing, and shipping our items, ensuring that each product meets our high-quality standards.
In addition to these core responsibilities, your duties will also include various warehouse support tasks. These may range from maintaining a clean and safe shared workspace to helping restock the supplies we rely on every day.

Responsibilities encompass assisting with inventory receipt, packaging our retail products for Amazon as well as various selling platforms.Additionally, the role involves packing products with a strong focus on quality, preparing shipments through wrapping and strapping, and consistently maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Minimum qualifications include being at least 18 years old, demonstrating a solid work ethic and strong organizational abilities, and working effectively as part of a team.
Candidates must also be able to lift up to 40 pounds independently, stand comfortably for six or more hours at a stretch, skillfully wrap pallets with plastic wrap, and operate a pallet jack.
Preferred qualifications feature previous experience in warehouse settings, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in preparing pallets for shipping. Each of these skills and experiences contributes to ensuring efficient operations and high-quality outcomes within the warehouse team.
Position Type: Hourly, Full-time Compensation: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, commensurate with experienceHours: 40 per week
Location: On-site in St. Louis Park
Schedule: The role involves working an 8-hour shift during our operational hours, which are from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Once the initial onboarding period is completed, there may be opportunities to discuss alternate scheduling arrangements.
Experience: One or more years of warehouse experience preferred, but not mandatory- At least one year of assembly experience preferred, but not required
Language Requirement: English proficiency is required
Commuting: Reliable ability to commute to Saint Louis Park, MN 55426 is essential
