Currently we are seeking someone to work at least 4 days per week. A mix of afternoon shifts from 3pm to 11pm and morning shifts 7am to 3pm. Reliable transportation is a must.
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
