Hire Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $20.00/hr
Location: Reading, PA
Hours: 8:30am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri
Responsibilities:
· Dispatch daily truck orders and coordinate pickups and deliveries across the U.S. and Canada
· Track and trace container movements, providing updates to customers and internal teams
· Coordinate import and export shipments, including booking with ocean carriers
· Communicate with shipping lines, truckers, customs brokers, warehouses, and customers
· Prepare and manage shipping documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists
· Maintain accurate records and update ERP systems with shipment details and status updates
· Act as a point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution
Qualifications:
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Associates degree and administrative experience preferred
· Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
