Overview
Keller Williams Capital City is seeking a high-impact growth leader to oversee the expansion and success of our brokerage. This leadership role is responsible for recruiting top real estate agents, consulting agents on the growth of their business, building culture, and driving the overall growth and profitability of the brokerage.
Duties
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of agents to ensure alignment with company goals and standards
- Develop and execute targeted strategies for business growth
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing agents and consult on their businesses
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns that attract potential agents and clients
- Utilize CRM tools to track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and optimize outreach strategies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in agent development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales or recruiting independent contractors
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and drive results through leadership and motivation
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the company and its partners
- Proficiency with marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and agent recruitment efforts
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and business systems
- Deep understanding of customer service principles to ensure partner satisfaction and loyalty
- Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking sales pipelines and managing client relationships
