Beaumont Tashjian, a highly respected real estate law firm and recognized leader in the representation of homeowners’ associations throughout California, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing team in Agoura Hills.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation Support
- Prepare, file, and serve pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents in state and federal courts
- Manage litigation calendars and monitor court deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial dates using rules-based calendaring systems
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and post-judgment matters
- Draft discovery, correspondence, and routine legal pleadings and forms
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, court appearances, expert retention, and service of process
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files, exhibits, trial binders, and document productions
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, experts, and vendors
- Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms
General Counsel Support
- Assist attorneys with general counsel matters involving homeowners’ associations, including governance-related projects and corporate filings
- Prepare and process filings with the California Secretary of State and county recorder’s offices
- Draft and proofread correspondence and legal documents related to corporate and transactional matters
- Assist with special projects, internal initiatives, and additional legal support responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of California litigation paralegal experience
- Paralegal certificate and/or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of California civil procedure, court rules, and electronic filing systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with legal research platforms, including Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
