No Experience, CDL-A Truck Drivers - Regional
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van account based out of El Paso, TX. Run consistent freight across 10-12 states — everything east of Denver, CO. This is a beginner-friendly position with trainees, first-seat experienced, and 1-year experienced drivers all welcome. Teams are also accepted.

PAY:
- Regional pay scale
- Average weekly pay: $1,600 – $1,800
- Driver Performance Bonus available
- Stop pay: $15.00
- Weekly mileage: 1,800 – 2,200 miles
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Regional – Solo, Team
- Freight: Drop and Hook
- Home Time: Every two weeks
- Shift: Both day and night
- Holiday Work: Voluntary
LANE INFORMATION:
- Runs across 10-12 states
- Covers everything east of Denver, CO.
EQUIPMENT:
- Dry van trailers
- No specialized equipment required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Trainee, first-seat experienced, or 1-year experienced drivers accepted
- No endorsements required
- Teams accepted
- Must reside within 250 miles of El Paso, TX
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate a CDL Class A truck for timely deliveries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and records.
- Follow traffic laws and company policies.
