Compensation :
Monthly salary plus commissions
Duties
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up communications
- Assist customers in navigating product options, pricing, and promotional offers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's sales systems
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and sales roles preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language required; strong communication skills in both languages are essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications related to sales or customer service are a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
