One Requirement
You must have a current New Jersey Dental Radiologic Technologist (X-ray) license.
Beyond that, we're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, personality, work ethic, and desire to learn than someone with years of dental assisting experience.

More Than "Just Assisting"
We want you to become much more than someone who simply passes instruments and turns over rooms.
You'll work alongside experienced doctors and team members while gaining exposure to cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, oral surgery, digital dentistry, restorative procedures, Invisalign, and advanced treatment.
You'll learn how to anticipate the doctor's needs, communicate confidently with patients, understand treatment, use modern dental technology, and become an important part of the clinical team.
If you're a new graduate, we don't expect you to walk in knowing how to do all of this.
We'll teach you.
What we need from you is enthusiasm, reliability, a great attitude, and the desire to learn.
What You'll Do
- Chairside assisting with a focus on efficiency and flow
- Set up and break down operatories with precision
- Take digital radiographs
- Assist with restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Gain experience assisting with dental implants and oral surgery
- Work with digital scanning, imaging, and modern dental technology
- Build genuine relationships with patients
- Help ensure an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
- Maintain excellent organization, sterilization, and infection-control protocols
- Learn to anticipate the doctor's needs and become an efficient clinical partner
- Collaborate with our doctors, hygienists, and entire clinical team
- Take pride in helping the office operate at a high level

- Currently licensed in New Jersey to take dental radiographs — required
