Advantage Rental & Sales is looking for a full-time, year round customer service Lawn & Garden associate for our ACE Hardware store. The ideal candidate will enjoy working inside and outside weather, assisting customers, have knowledge about lawn and garden needs, and be a self starter. Weekend shifts required with this position.
Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service to every customer
- Assist in keeping the sales floor stocked, organized and clean
- Work with customers to determine their project needs
- Recommend the right product(s) for the project
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge
Qualification and Skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic hardware/tools
- Experience with lawn and garden maintenance
- Ability to work in a team
- Self motivated to learn and complete tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record in sales
