What You’ll Do
As a Beach Crew Member, you’ll work with a teammate to deliver and set up beach equipment for vacationing families. In the evening, you’ll return to break everything down—ensuring every guest enjoys a stress-free beach day.
Your day includes:
- Setting up beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents for guests.
- Returning in the evening to pack everything up.
- Driving and caring for company vehicles.
- Representing Sun Ease Rentals with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Working as part of a supportive and hardworking team.

Paid Training
We’ll provide hands-on training to ensure you feel confident and prepared before the season begins.
Housing
Housing is available starting in August. $150 per week will be withheld from your paycheck to pay rent if you choose to stay in housing.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well with a team
- Dependability and punctuality
- Comfort working outdoors in summer conditions
- Valid driver’s license (for driver positions)
- Availability for weekends and holidays
- Willingness to be available during midday hours if weather requires schedule adjustments
Schedule
- Approximately 5 days per week
- Morning: Around 4:30 AM – 9:30 AM
- Evening: Around 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- This unique schedule allows you to work hard and still enjoy your summer days
