Chef Jason Dady’s Tre Trattoria brings authentic Italian fare to the city of San Antonio. In 2018, Tre Trattoria found its home at the San Antonio Museum of Art, offering an elevated restaurant to the museum’s members. Our Tuscan Italian menu boasts an array of antipasti selections for the table, crispy cast iron pizzas like our infamous Soppressata Pizza, house made pastas like our signature Campanelle Bolognese and hearty entrees such as Veal Ossobuco among a variety of Insalate, Contorni and Dolce to complete your meal. Complement your dish with a cocktail from our full bar or select one of our Italian wines to create the perfect pairing.
Located on the San Antonio Museum of Art campus, Tre Trattoria resides in the historic Beretta Hops House, creating a fine dining experience like none other in the city. Originally built in 1947, the Beretta Hops House has since undergone many renovations to create the inviting, historic ambiance that we know today at Tre Trattoria. At our restaurant, you can enjoy indoor dining with a view of our open kitchen or outdoor patio dining overlooking the Riverwalk while surrounded by the historic beauty of San Antonio. Tre Trattoria welcomes you Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

· Prefer a minimum of 2 years experience as a cook in a professional kitchen & pizza oven experience a plus
· Current Texas Food Handlers Certificate
· Knowledge of plate presentations and preparations of all menu items
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Work a variable and flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
· Prepare food items consistently and adhere to all recipe standards
· Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
· Maintain a safe working environment by using proper food handling skills and food safety guidelines
· Complete kitchen tasks such as line setup, food preparation, cleanup and breakdown
· Comply with The Restaurant standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
· Assisting in the proper utilization of excess food product for lowest possible attainable food cost
· Set up and maintain food preparation line
· Keep work areas clean and organized
· Demonstrate professionalism by always being courteous to customers and colleagues
· Other duties as assigned
