In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
No prior experience in AI is required—your expertise in semiconductor devices and microelectronics is what matters most.
This is an opportunity to help improve AI systems by contributing expert knowledge in semiconductor physics, microfabrication, device modeling, and advanced microelectronics engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze semiconductor device physics, operating principles, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate microfabrication processes, including process integration and yield optimization techniques.
- Assess device scaling strategies, performance modeling, and semiconductor reliability methodologies.
- Review semiconductor materials and fabrication processes for technical accuracy and engineering relevance.
- Create clear written explanations and technical documentation to support AI model training.
- Provide structured technical feedback to improve the quality and accuracy of project deliverables.
- Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and subject matter experts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in semiconductor device design, fabrication processes, and microelectronics engineering.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor physics, device modeling, and reliability testing.
- Hands-on experience with modern microfabrication and process integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to technical publications, patents, or collaborative R&D projects.
- Background in AI, engineering evaluation, or technical annotation projects.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary semiconductor or advanced electronics teams.
Start Timeline & Availability

Pay: $66.00 - $130.00 per hour
