Job Summary
Mediascope is hiring Production Associates to help produce and ship custom printed products including apparel, drinkware, wall art, posters, and other customer orders.
This is a hands-on production role in a clean indoor work environment. No printing experience is required. We are looking for dependable people who can show up on time, follow instructions, work carefully, and help keep orders moving.
This role includes printing, light manufacturing, packing, fulfillment, warehouse support, and quality checking.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate or assist with production equipment for garment printing, drinkware decoration, wall art assembly, and other custom products.
- Inspect finished products to make sure quality standards are met before packaging and shipment.
- Follow job tickets, production instructions, and order details accurately.
- Package products carefully and help prepare orders for shipment.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
- Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, printing, manufacturing, warehouse, fulfillment, or packaging is helpful but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
