Duties
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on scalable growth across SEO, SEM, social media advertising campaigns, and content marketing.
- Oversee website management, ensuring optimal user experience through content creation, technical proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website analytics reporting.
- Lead the setup and management of digital campaigns using Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms to maximize ROI.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research and SEO audits utilizing advanced SEO tools; optimize website content for search engine rankings and conversion optimization.
- Manage social media management efforts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others; design engaging social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness.
- Analyze web analytics data via Google Analytics and other tools to generate actionable insights; report on performance metrics regularly to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with creative teams using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and content creation that captivates target audiences.
- Drive email marketing initiatives with compelling copywriting; automate campaigns for nurturing leads and customer retention.
- Lead performance marketing efforts by setting up tracking mechanisms with Google Tag Manager and SQL queries to monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Manage cross-functional teams focused on e-commerce development, website management, and digital content production to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Experience
- Proven track record in leading large-scale digital marketing campaigns within a fast-paced environment; experience managing multi-channel paid search marketing (SEM), paid social advertising campaigns, and performance marketing strategies.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO techniques, tools (such as SEMrush or Moz), keyword research methods, and website optimization practices.
- Strong technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL databases, Google Analytics, Google AdWords/Ads platform management tools, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets using web analytics reporting tools; translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms with a focus on B2B marketing or e-commerce sectors preferred.
- Skilled in copywriting with a flair for creating compelling content that drives engagement across digital channels.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes; ability to oversee content creation projects from concept through execution.
- Leadership experience guiding teams of marketers or digital specialists; excellent communication skills to coordinate efforts across departments.
