Join our team as a Server and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and creating memorable moments for our patrons.
**Duties:**
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience
- Enter orders accurately into the POS system, such as Aloha POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Handle cash transactions, operate a cash register, and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Assist in food preparation when needed
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems like Aloha POS and reservation platforms like OpenTable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs professionally
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
