In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing a variety of beauty services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments.
- Head-spa services if its something you would be interested in learning.
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to ensure high-quality service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace that meets hygiene and safety standards.
- Building and nurturing client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 1 year of experience as a cosmetologist.
- Holds a valid cosmetology license in the state of Indiana.
- Possesses strong communication and customer service skills.
- Is passionate about beauty with a creative flair.
- Is willing to integrate wellness in their beauty services.
- Works well in a team environment and is committed to providing an exceptional client experience.
