Position: Discovery Legal Assistant
Location: In-Person (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Practice Areas: Nursing Home Abuse, Medical Malpractice, Personal Injury
Responsibility: The Discovery Legal Assistant will be responsible for handling discovery from inception through completion. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines across a high-volume caseload.
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized and deadline driven.
- Comfortable handling a large volume of cases with minimal supervision.
- Proactive problem solver who can anticipate attorney needs.
- Professional, dependable, and team oriented.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experienced in drafting Plaintiff's Answers to Interrogatories, Requests for Production, and Requests for Admissions.
