Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Experience providing special education services, preferably in a homebound or individualized learning environment
- Strong knowledge of specialized instructional strategies for diverse learners

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and student privacy
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized instruction to a homebound student based on the IEP and academic goals
- Conduct three 1-hour teaching sessions per week during the 2026-2027 school year
- Assess student progress and modify lessons as needed to meet learning targets
- Facilitate engaging lessons that encourage participation and learning
- Collaborate with families and related service providers to ensure a coordinated educational approach
- Maintain accurate records of instructional activities and student performance
