What You’ll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

Educate customers on AT&T wireless, internet, and TV products

Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs

Recommend solutions based on eligibility and preferences

Process transactions accurately and explain service details

Maintain a clean, organized store environment

Participate in ongoing training and development

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED

Age 18 or older

Availability to work at least 30 hours/week, including evenings and weekends
